Given the many health benefits of turmeric, here is a recipe for a daily turmeric tea.


  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • pinch of nutmeg (optional)
  • pinch of clove (optional)
  • raw honey to taste
